Our customer warranty ensures that if any job, part, or service does not meet your expectations, we will re-attend without quibble and at no extra cost. (Subject to fair use and our standard terms and conditions.)

 

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 3-month warranty on all plumbing and drainage repairs. However, due to the complexity of drainage systems, specific conditions apply to drain cleaning services.

 

Drain Cleaning Warranty – CCTV Inspection Required

• A CCTV drain inspection is required after cleaning to assess the pipe’s condition.

• If the pipe is clear and in perfect condition, we provide a 3-month warranty that it will remain unblocked.

• If cracks, structural damage, or other underlying issues are found, the warranty does not apply, as these can lead to recurring blockages or further drainage problems.

• In some cases, drainage systems require extensive repairs, including cutting and rebuilding sections of pipe. These issues are outside the scope of standard cleaning and warranty coverage.

 

General Plumbing & Repairs

• We offer a 3-month warranty on plumbing repairs, covering workmanship and parts (excluding manufacturer defects).

• Customers are responsible for inspecting and maintaining their plumbing system. Issues caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or pre-existing damage are not covered under our warranty.

• Showers, taps, and other installed fixtures come with a 12-24 month manufacturer’s warranty, which must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

 

Triton Electric Showers Warranty

Triton Electric Showers are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 12 to 24 months. Any faults with these products must be addressed directly with Triton. 
 

How long is my Triton shower covered for?

The period of free cover depends on the product purchased (effective from the date of purchase). Details are below:

 

Shower Towers and Pumps - 1 year for domestic use
Electric, Power, Pumped and selected mixers - 2 years for domestic use

• More complex projects require a written quotation, which will be reviewed with you before scheduling the work. No hidden fees, no surprises—once a price is agreed upon, it won’t change, no matter how long the job takes.

• For some difficult jobs we are not able to give the quote straight away as there might be different issues with water supply, access, hidden issues that we only discover while working on the task. These jobs are paid by hour and the price will change.
